Why so many ministries? This question has risen many times. The answer is simple, the higher the population, the more people with the same needs, the more the need for special ministries, yes both in the church and outside of the church to ensure that all of these people have their needs met. These exercises can not be seen as creating even a higher demand, nor as an aim to increase the size of the congregation, but rather as a work that requires the proper attention of the Body.

In these exercises the church cannot over look the poor nor can it over look the rich, if lost they are both in the snare of the devil. 2 Timothy 2: 24. The servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient. 25. In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; 26. And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Church Ministries:

Each work is to include a purpose statement, a goal to be achieved, a plan to be implemented, a procedure to follow, and a process to be adhered to. The purpose statement is to be fixed, the goal to be achieved is to be subject to assessment, the plan must suit the goal at all times, the procedure must have flexibility so that it can altered to satisfy the day, and the process to be adhered to, must have access to performance variations, to give it the flexibility it needs to meet the demands of the ministry at all times.

M1. Worship Services.

Purpose: To feed the Church of God; Acts 20: 28. Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you over seers, to feed the church of God, which he has purchased with his own blood. In verse 29 the Apostle Paul tells us why, “For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock; in verse 30 he cautions, “Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. 31. The Apostle Paul did warn them. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears. In light of all this we come up with a Goal.
