CEC CANADA FOUNDATION ASSOCIATION
Under the will of God (By-law 51)

Corporate flow chart: The following shall be the Association’s corporate flow chart, expressing the will of God, showing His Son as the one responsible for its execution, and the Holy Spirit as the power behind the CEC Canada Foundation Association and its people to help make it happen.

God the Son, as the Head of the Church
in the power
of God the Holy Spirit
leading the
Board of Directors - the Elders
in their direction
of the Board of Governors - the Deacons
as governors over
the spiritual and physical activities of the Association
entrusted by God to the
President - the Chief Executive Officer
and his teammates the
Minister of Administration - the Chief Operations Officer
to look after the needs of the Association
and the
Vice President - the Chief Technical Officer
to look after the spiritual work of the Association
and the
Members of the Association and its Divisions
to be  the builders and edifiers of the Church.

Responsibilities:
God the Father - to establish the thoughts and to direct the step of the Board of Directors. Psalm 37: 23, Proverbs 3: 5 - 6, Psalm 110: 1, 2.
God the Son - to co-work with those chosen to be involved in the work delegated to the Association. 1 Corinthians 3: 9,   2 Corinthians 6: 1.
God the Holy Spirit - to teach, to guide, to comfort, and to empower of the Saints of God for the Godhead on Earth to the Glory of God.
John 14: 26,  John 16: 13, 1 Corinthians 2: 4,  Acts 1: 8.
The Directors to know the Vision and Agenda of God for the Association, and to bring awareness of the same to the members of the Association, to all the members of its Divisions, and to the Communities that surrounds them, secondly, to continually qualify themselves as Decision Makers for the Association by keeping their fingers on the pulse of the Association, its Divisions, the Communities that surround them, and last but not least the world as a whole, and to pass on to the Board of Governors their findings and concerns for input regarding the Association’s physical ability and capacity and the means to address and to deal with the concerns they may have. Vis-Vis the Board of Directors shall receive from the Board of Governors issues of their concern for input regarding  spiritual ability, capacity, and the means to address and to deal with the concerns. It shall be the responsibility of the Directors to call for Search Committees comprised of alike Faith individuals when ever solutions are not forthcoming through the standard processes and or capacity of the Association. It shall be the responsibility of the Association’s Directors to trigger the voting process to come up with final approvals.
The Governors to know the Vision and Agenda of God for the Association, to have their finger on the pulse of the spiritual and physical activities of the Association, to know the ability and capability of the Association, to know the vulnerability of the Association, to guard and to promote the Association, to deliver to the Directors decisions for approval concerning the needs of the Association, to receive the decisions from the Directors of the Association and to direct the Authoritative Leadership, the Operational Leadership and the Ministerial Leadership of the Association accordingly.
The Chief Executive Officer to know the Vision and Agenda of God for the Association, to be the overseer of the Association, in this setting to ensure that the will of God for the Association is met.  To achieve this it lies incumbent upon him to sit on both Boards, first as a sounding board for the Board Members, and secondly, as one who has the authority/veto power to block decisions he views as being a possible hindrance to the Vision and Agenda of God for the Association, thirdly, to be a beacon to which Canada can turn to, thus it lies incumbent upon him to ensure that the people of Canada are fully aware of the Association’s life and doings.
The Chief Operations Officer to know the Vision and Agenda of God for the Association, to ensure that the will of God handed down by the Board of Governors for Administration and Operation is explained and delegated to those who have been chosen to manage and carry out the work involved. Expressly: The Managers and Staff of the following Departments. 
Research and Development, Planning and Implementation, Business and Finance, Education, Purchasing, Human Resources, Marketing, Standards, Inspections and Security.
Chief Technical Officer to know the Vision and Agenda of God for the Association, to ensure that the will of God handed down by the Board of Governors regarding spiritual ministration is explained and delegated to those who have been chosen to represent the Association on a Provincial level, the Provincial CTO Associate and the Authoritative Leadership over of the Association’s Schools and Churches: for the Grade Schools - the Provincial School Council, the Provincial Board of Governors, the Principal, the Administrator and the Vice Principal, for the Under Graduate Schools, the Provincial Board of Education, the Provincial Board of Governors, the Dean, the Administrator, and the Associate Dean, for the Churches the Provincial Church Council, the Provincial Board of Governors, the Church Council, the Church Board of Governors, the Senior Pastor, the Administrator and the Associate Pastors.

The Membership to know the Vision and Agenda of God for the Association, to ensure that the will of God handed down by its Leadership is carried out. Expressly to love God, to love one another, to edify one another, and to take part in the building the Church.
