The Viability of CEC Canada

The Viability of CEC CanadaPart 1: The Viability of CEC Canada.
Part 2: CEC Canada’s self sustaining edge of the future.
Part 3: Helping CEC Canada.

Part 1: The Viability of CEC Canada.

The viability of CEC Canada can be looked at from different angles; purposes usually dictate how this will be done, whatever it is, it must be seen as sound, to this end it must be seen as being able to deliver on its promises. There are four that will want to know, they are the parents who want to make sure their children stand a chance of getting the education promised, there are the donors who want to make sure that what they are asked to support is for an honorable cause, there are the lenders who will want to make sure that their investments are sound, last and very important there are those who would want to recommend CEC Canada to others.  This website first and foremost is designed to inform.  CEC Canada recommends that all four would be like the diligent Bereans, Acts 17: 11. they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. There is one that does not have to be convinced, He is the Head of CEC Canada, the Lord Jesus Christ, the one that said, I have to be about my Father’s business. Luke 2: 49, Matthew 16: 24, 2 Corinthians 6: 1. CEC Canada in a sense is a new venture, yet when we look at it we see it as another branch having its roots in God, from this vantage point we look at the track record of God’s early work only to find his work an unfailing work, interestingly enough what would follow would be a self sustaining work, the Church an organism that reaches out to fulfill the purpose of the early work, that work to give to man an expected end. Jeremiah 29: 11, For I know the thoughts I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give to you an expected end. And what are those thoughts? He tells us that he did not created the earth in vain, He tell us that he formed it to be inhabited. Isaiah 45: 18. He has promised to replace the present heavens and earth with new heavens and a new earth and to give it as an inheritance to his Son Jesus, his brothers and sisters.  2 Peter 3: 10 - 13, Daniel 7: 13 reads - I saw in the night visions and behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. 14. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom that all people, nations, languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
God's plans have never failed although it may appear that way to those that don’t know him. Out of all the steps God has taken here are seven of His early steps He has taken to bring about the fulfilling of his counsel; All of them are dramatic and all of them show that he is unstoppable and will stop at nothing to fulfill the desire of his heart.
1. keeping the world on the move. Noah. Genesis.
2. letting the world know right from wrong. Moses. Exodus.
3. showing himself to be serious. Babel. Genesis.
4. showing man that he is capable. Egypt. Exodus.
5. showing man that he will not move away from his plans. The restoration  of Israel. Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Zephaniah, Zachariah, Present day Israel established in 1948.
6. taking away the Devil’s power to steal, kill and to destroy. Christ. The death and resurrection of Christ, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, Hebrews 2: 14 - 18.
7. redeeming man made possible only through the shed blood of Christ. Hebrews chapters 9 and 10. 1 Peter 1: 18 - 21, Christ says,  John 14: 6. I am the way the truth and the life and no man can come to the Father but by me. His promise is, John 8: 32. You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
The certainty of Christ’s work, the most powerful statement made by him regarding the completion of his work was this, Matthew 16: 18. ---Upon this rock (speaking about himself), I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Because of this CEC Canada is certain that God will finish the work that he has started and that he will supply all it takes for his people to come through for him. How long?
Christ says, Occupy until I come. Luke 19: 13. He gives no date. Occupy until I come, is a command, although given in a parable, it stands to reason, that this is what Christ expects of his people, to occupy until he returns.
In the parable a nobleman goes into a far country to establish a kingdom, having done so he leaves the kingdom in the hands of those who have become part of it to build and look after it until he returns. This then mirrors what Christ came to do, to establish a kingdom, having done so he has left the kingdom in the hands of those who have become part of it to build and look after it until he returns, a kingdom that has been promised as an inheritance to him and his followers by his Father. Daniel 7: 13, 14.
When? Ephesians 1: 10. That in this dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him. 11. In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his own will.
What is it that qualifies God? It is his overall magnificence which shines through everything that he has done and is doing. Many, many, many times the Psalmist praises the LORD, you would do well to find out why. Here is one time: David writes Psalm 139: 14. I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knows right well. 15. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. 16. Your eyes did see my substance, yet being imperfect; and in your book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. 17. How precious also are your thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them!  Psalm 19 is praise and response. Have you read it, and how have you responded. The magnificence of God is framed in the intrinsic attributes that make up his character. It is these attributes that make it possible for him to keep and to deliver on all of his promises. These attributes are: He is all knowing, all seeing, present everywhere, all powerful, and unlimited in creative power. God is Love. It is these intrinsic attributes that set him free to love, to promise and to deliver at will. His Love never fails. 1 Corinthians 13: 8. His love is as stronger then death, it cannot be overcome. The Apostle Paul writes: Romans 8: 37. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come. 39. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.  God’s big and overall promise is to give men an expected end.
Where are we today? We are in the dispensation of the fullness of times called the Church Age. One thing we do know is this, we are not in the beginning of this dispensation, the question is, Are we are nearing the end of this dispensation? There are definite signs that we are nearing the end of this Church age. The Disciples of Christ asked, when shall these things be? Christ gave signs them, and he gave them what was to happen before he would return, but first the prophetic work of Daniel regarding this matter wrote: 12: 4----- Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. Running to and fro identifies the extensive travel that is being done today. Knowledge shall be increased is identified by the knowledge that is available on the Internet, to say nothing about what is being taught beyond the true needs of children foundationally born to be sons and daughters of God.
Christ answers his disciples to the question when? - Matthew chapters 24,25, Mark chapter 13, Luke chapter 21, this is the knowledge that God wants us to have regarding the end time, Why? Because those who are exercised by this knowledge will voluntarily and gladly present their bodies as living sacrifices to Him and to the Urgencies that God is pointing to; it is for His children to be involved in the reconciliation men, women and children back unto Him, 2 Corinthians 5: 17-20.
The Apostle Paul addresses the coming apostasy - the renunciation of ones faith and sound doctrine is part of what can be expected in the last days. 2 Timothy chapters 3 and 4.1 Timothy 4: 1 reads, Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. This if anything stands as a serious warning letting God’s people know that there will be those who will enter the flock to cause havoc with the church of God during these latter days? Hear the word of the LORD, Hosea 4: 6. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, CEC Canada believes that it is the lack of knowledge that openly invites such activities, it also believes these activities can be prevented. CEC Canada’s place in this is to teach its students in these and all gospel matters related to godly life, living, and service truly bringing them to the point where they are indeed without excuse. Romans 1: 20.
Not only were the Disciple told of the signs that would show the nearing of the end, Christ also told them what was to happen before the end would come, here are his words: Matthew 24: 14. - this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come. To this end then, Matthew 28: 18. And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me, in heaven and in earth. 19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; even unto the end of the world. Amen.
As my Father has sent me, so send I you. John 20: 21.
The question now is, Does CEC Canada stack up to this call, if it does then one should be able to say “it cannot be overthrown. Acts 5: 34 – 42, (v38. A doctor of the law speaking, And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or work is from men, it will come to naught: v39. But if it be of God, you cannot overthrow it;) To answer the question, Does CEC Canada stack up to this call, we are compelled to ask this question, Does God want his people to be educated? secondly what does he want them to know? In its simplest form CEC Canada’s basket has three things in it for its students, Godly life, living, and service. Godly life demands that one knows and understands God, Godly living demands that one knows and understands God’s will, Godly service demands that one knows the counsel of God.
Godly life demands that one knows and understands God, a finishing touch - Jeremiah 9: 24. But let him that glories glory in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD which exercises loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, says the Lord.
Godly living demands that one knows and understands God’s will, an early warning - Matthew 7: 21. Not everyone that says unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Godly service demands that one knows the counsel of God, hear what the Apostle Paul had to say - Romans 12: 1. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2. And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
Who is CEC Canada’s teacher? Christ makes it clear who our teacher is by saying: Matthew 23: 8. But be not called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all you are brethren. 9. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. 10. Neither have yourselves called masters; for one is your Master, even Christ.  It is he that calls his followers to come to him to be taught. Hear what this Master has to say, Matthew 11: 28. Come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls. 30. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
What qualifies Christ to be the Master of all? The strongest voice we have in support of the Lord is that of Hannah, she tells us that the Lord is a God of knowledge. - 1: Samuel 2: 1. And Hannah prayed, and said; My heart rejoices in the LORD, my horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation. 2. There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none beside thee; neither is there any rock like our God. 3. Talk no more so exceedingly proud, let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
Solomon the wisest man ever lifts up the importance of the knowledge of God, Proverbs 1: 7. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge. Chapter 2: 1. He says, My son if you will receive my words, and hide my commandments with you; 2. So that you incline your ear unto wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding; 3. Yea, if you cry after knowledge, and lift up your voice for understanding; 4. If you seek her as silver and search for her as for treasures; 5. Then shall you understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God. 6. For the LORD gives wisdom: out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. The question was, Who does CEC Canada have for its teacher? Taken from the vision for CEC Canada -
God the Son, as Christ the head of the Church.
GOD’S DELEGATED POWER - God the Holy Spirit, the teacher, the guide, the comforter, and the power of the Saints of God for the Godhead on Earth to the Glory of God.
John 14: 26. Jesus speaking - But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will sent in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John 14: 16. Again Jesus speaking - And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever. Galatians 4: 6. The Apostle Paul writes - --because you are sons, God has sent forth, the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying Abba, Father. 1. Corinthians 3: 16. The Apostle writes - Don’t you know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? 2 Corinthians 6: 16. Again the Apostle Paul - What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God; as he said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Galatians 5: 16. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. v25. reads - If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Colossians 2: 6. reads - As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him. In a summary statement regarding the question, Who is CEC Canada’s teacher? CEC Canada’s instruction is to hear him, whom? None other then Christ Jesus the Son of God. Matthew 17: 1. And after six days Jesus takes Peter, James, and John his brother, and brings them up into a high mountain apart, 2. And was transfigured before them; and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. 3. And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking to him. 4. then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if you will, let us make here three tabernacles; one for you, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. 5. While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; you hear him.   Why him? God’s word teaches that salvation belongs to him and that is to him whom we must come, he says to drink. The Psalmist writes - Psalm 3: 8. Salvation belongs to the LORD. Isaiah records these words - Isaiah 43: 11. The LORD speaking - I even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no Savior. Isaiah 45: 21. reads -------and there is no God besides me; a just God and a Savior;  there is none beside me. 22. Look unto me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. The writer of Acts records these words: Acts 4. 12. Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Salvation belongs to the Lord, it is an on-going work, that is why he says drink and you shall never be thirsty, he refers to it by saying it shall never run dry, Isaiah writes and records there words - 12: 2. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. 3. Therefore with joy shall you draw water out of the wells of salvation. It is a well that never runs dry: John 4: 13. Jesus speaking to the Samaritan women at Jacob’s well. 13, referring to Jacob’s well, Whosoever drinks of this water shall thirst again: 14. But whosoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. Two captions that fit this piece of history, the first, The woman of Samaria, and the conversions of Samaritans. John 14: 1 - 42. v42. reads -----Now we believe, not because of your saying, for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world.    The most fitting words we want to leave with you: Psalm 34: 8. King David of whom God said, He is a man after my own heart said - O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusts in him. Finally, John 7: 37. In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38. He that believes on me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive.)
The CEC Canada Foundation Association is a goal setting organization, determinedly its work is pre-planned to fall in line with the fulfilling God’s vision.
To bring CEC Canada Schools and Churches into being across the Nation. The purpose, to help the Saints of God to acquire an in depth knowledge of God, and of His Counsel. Furthermore, to help in the equipping of the Saints of God for the work called for by His Counsel, namely the building and edifying of the Church, the Body of Christ.
God’s mandate for the Association
To engage students in the study of the Gospel of God, that is, a doctrine which is good for this life and the life to come, and to engage students in the studies of the sciences and services necessary for the survival and well being of humanity.

CEC Canada’s capsule on Christian Education.

What is Christian Education? It is teaching children that all things are to be done as unto God, this we narrow down to three things, godly life, living, and service. This we bring down to two areas, the first is being Light in the world, and the second is being Salt in the world. Light: The best way to explain this we turn to the calling of the Apostle Paul, Acts 26: 18. To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God: Salt: It is being involved in the preservation of mankind as a whole. God tells us that his rain falls on the just and on the unjust; this is called the Common Grace of God. God who is gracious says to us, Galatians 6: 10. As we have therefore opportunity let us do good unto all men. He also says, James 4: 17. He that knows to do good and doesn’t do it, to him it is sin. CEC Canada’s place in all this has been established, the work it is called to as related to being Light in the world is to raise evangelists, preacher, teachers, pastors and administrators, the second work CEC Canada is called to as related to being Salt in the world, is to raise disciples who will give themselves to being involved in supplying the needs of people, food, clothing, shelter, education, health services, protection and security. What this means for CEC Canada is raising the professionals and the workers that it takes to come through for God and his people.

Part 2: CEC Canada’s self sustaining edge of the future.

The first call for the Association was for the education of the Young of Canada, the complimentary call to the first was to provide places of worship for CEC Canada’s students, their friends and relatives, this would be an on-site church intended for the use of training spiritual leaders in the presence of church members and friends, the name of the church CEC Canada’s Christian Evangelical Church, the natural flow from this would be CEC Canada’s Christian Evangelical Community Church.
The idea of instructing spiritual leaders in the presence of parents, friends and relatives is not new, our example is Christ himself, many times he taught his disciple in the presence of many; Example: Matthew 4: 25 to 5: 29, is considered by many to be the most important lessons Christ ever gave to his disciples in the presence of great multitudes.

Continued: CEC Canada’s self sustaining edge of the future.

The financial outlook for CEC Canada’s future looks if anything very promising, the structure that it rides on is this, the Association receives all the income generated by its divisions, the divisions do their own budgets, in turn the Association funds these budgets, this applies to both schools and churches and any other division it may have. To certify that this will happen all the authoritative leadership in control of the divisions are members of the Association and so compelled to meet all the standards, procedures and processes of the Association; whereas all the others ,ministers, managers, staff, and workers are under the jurisdictions the divisions.
Sources of Income. The first is Student tuitions, this is done through CEC Canada’s financial structure, the system is called to be fixed, all costs are to be included, the breaks that CEC Canada’s student will get is the dollars which are received through the generosity of its members and others who take an interest in the education of the young of Canada. This effort is identified as “CEC Canada’s Student Tuitions Support Fund.”
The second is membership support, this would come from those who after they have completed their education have moved on to serve Christ through the CEC Canada Christian Evangelical Church. This CEC Canada sees as a long term and growing investor group.
The third is membership support from those who have moved on to serve as light and salt in the world called business, industry and government. This to CEC Canada sees as a long term and growing investor group.
The fourth is membership support from those who have moved on into being owners of businesses, the build up of this CEC Canada sees as a major force that can be depended upon.
Will CEC Canada receive financial support from the world, yes provided that there are no limiting strings attached. There will be many children who come from homes were parents are not settled in their beliefs, it is expected that they could well be happy and excited to give. Will CEC Canada receive financial support from Government, yes provided there are no limiting strings attached, please read the Book of Ezra and see what happened after the LORD stirred up the heart of Cyrus the King of Persia. The story begins in 2 Chronicles 36: 22. it reads - Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying, 23. Thus said Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth has the LORD God of heaven given me; and he has charged me to build him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? The LORD his God be with him, and let him go up. In the book of Ezra, we read, 7: 27. Blessed be the LORD God of our fathers, which has put such a thing as this in the king’s heart, to beautify the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem: 28. And has extended mercy unto me before the king, and his counselors, and before all the king’s mighty princes, And I was strengthened as the hand of the LORD my God was upon me, and I gathered together out of Israel chief men to go up with me.
And important verse tells us what it was that made the king listen to the God. Ezra 7: 23. Whatsoever is commanded by the God of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the God of heaven: for why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and his sons?

Investing in the Education of the Young of Canada.

Because the CEC Canada Foundation Association is new, and because its mandate is if anything well beyond that of other charities it is compelled to do its utmost to let Canadians know who it is, what its calling is, and how it purposes to fulfill its calling before it reaches out for support. CEC Canada’s website www.ceccanada.com has been specifically designed to address these questions, it is CEC Canada’s front door for those that desire to work with CEC Canada, for those that desire to attend its schools, for those that wish to become members of the CEC Canada Christian Evangelical Church, and for those Autonomous Churches who see themselves benefiting in becoming part of the Association and or being helped by the Association.
With the aforesaid in mind the website is specifically designed to do the following:
1. Connect CEC Canada with the Nation of Canada.
2. To let Canadians know who CEC Canada is.
3. To let Canada and its population know what CEC Canada’s calling is.
4. To let Canadians know how CEC Canada will fulfill its calling.
5. To attract leadership, management and staff.
6. To attract students.
7. To give Canada’s population and its business communities a place to invest it funds to a most worthy and noble cause, the Education of the Young of Canada.
The first and most important project is to draw attention to CEC Canada’s Website, it is what we call our open door; this is an ongoing marketing strategy that must happen to bring attention to CEC Canada and its efforts as we move across Canada. The opening budget to build the initial donor base stands $181,744 dollars, for more details please see below.
CEC Canada’s first building project is it’s Head Office complete with it’s Leadership and Staff Orientation and Training Center, this is to be put up in the lower mainland of British Columbia, the approved budget stands at $18,545,734 dollars. The use of the facilities extends beyond CEC Canada training its own people, it is designed to serve other same faith organizations, in this sense it becomes a revenue avenue to help pay for and to maintain the Center.
To pay for these two projects CEC Canada will approach Business and Industry across Canada for support.  Because business and industry are contributors who like to do the best with their dollars at the end of each year, they will be the first ones to be singled out and approached for contributions to help pay for this centre. CEC Canada’s first time across the nation marketing effort to establish it’s initial donor base will reach 60 thousand businesses with revenues of ten million plus dollars.
What is said about Business and Industry can also be said about high level earners, they too are contributors who like to do the best with their dollars at the end of each year, they to will be singled out and approached for contributions. This work would be on a provincial level, CEC Canada will not go after Alberta for British Columbia, nor after British Columbia for Alberta, and so on, yet CEC Canada invites Canadians from across the country to invest in CEC Canada and its overall national efforts to educate the Young of Canada. CEC Canada’s British Columbia special marketing effort will reach a 100,000 property owner with earnings of 100,000 plus dollars per year. The cost of this marketing strategy stands at 182,000 dollars; the strategy includes delivery  of brochures, encouragement letters, fund raising letters, and prepaid donor return envelopes. The signs are already in that this effort will not return void.
General fund: There is no organization that can succeed without the ability to pay for its fixed and operational expenses. This of course is nothing new, many not for profit organization call for special donations to be made to its general fund, CEC Canada on the other hand has set a policy that 15% of every dollar donated once up and running would go towards the general fund. Secondly it has set a policy should the fund run low special efforts would be made to make this known with the hope that its members and donors would step up to the plate and donate directly to the general fund.
Thoughts to ponder.
CEC Canada’s recognizes its levels of education as organismic functional parts of a one single organism. What makes it so is the flow of God’s love, it begins its work with the child and takes it through the entire arrangement, albeit in three distinct functions, the elementary grades, the high school grades and the graduate grades, the blessing is, God’s love does not cease its flow here, it continues in continuum bringing the person once a child to where he or she is in continuum bearing fruit according to what he or she has become, 2 Corinthians 5: 21, the Righteousness of God in Christ. Philippians 1: 11, reads: And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; that ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ; being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God. Years have shown that Christian Education in an un-interrupted and single and fluent flow will not miss its mark. It is this single un-interrupted and fluent flow of education, beginning with the Kindergarten grade through to the Graduate grades that CEC Canada has been called to. CEC Canada will not wait for the growth of little children to fill its schools, what it will do is open its doors to all grades, from kindergarten through to and including the under-graduate grades on opening day each time a school is opened.

May God bless you richly
